ICTSI orders 12 Kalmar hybrid straddle carriers for new Philippine terminal

International Container Terminal Services, Inc. (ICTSI) has ordered 12 hybrid straddle carriers from Kalmar for its new South Luzon Container Terminal (SLCT) in the Philippines. The equipment will be deployed at the terminal within Bauan International Port in Batangas. Delivery of all 12 machines is scheduled for completion during the third quarter of 2027. The order was booked in Kalmar’s Q3 2026 order intake.

Port of Long Beach positions rail as key to future trade growth
