Mexico arrests alleged cartel logistics operator tied to Seattle-Tacoma drug network

Mexican authorities have arrested an alleged logistics operator accused of coordinating the transportation and distribution of fentanyl and other synthetic drugs into Seattle and Tacoma, Washington. Ángel Guerrero Carrillo, also known as “El Canguro,” was arrested Sunday in Zapopan, Jalisco, following an intelligence-sharing operation between Mexican and U. S. authorities, according to Mexico’s Security Cabinet . Mexican authorities identified Guerrero Carrillo as an alleged member of the Beltrán Leyva Organization’s faction headed by Fausto Isidro Meza Flores, better known as “Chapo Isidro.”
