HGK reorganises management structure

HGK Group has reorganised its management structure, bringing its operational activities under two main divisions as the German logistics company seeks to strengthen its integrated operations along the Rhine corridor. The new structure, effective from 1 October, separates the group’s activities into Integrated Logistics and Infra- and Suprastructure. At the same time, Günter-Friedrich Maas has taken over as COO Contract Logistics, while Alexander Garbar has assumed the role of COO Infra- and Suprastructure. Logistics activities brought under one division The Integrated Logistics division combines HGK’s Transport Solutions, Contract Logistics Solutions and Intermodal Solutions businesses. It covers shipping, rail freight, intermodal operations, terminals, warehousing, contract logistics, as well as overseas and seaport activities.
