CargoWise integrates with PortConnect in New Zealand

CargoWise has integrated with New Zealand’s PortConnect port community system, giving freight forwarders access to near-real-time container movement data across participating ports. The integration connects PortConnect’s container-level event data directly with the CargoWise logistics platform. It aims to improve planning between quayside operations and landside container transport. PortConnect is jointly owned by the Port of Auckland and Port of Tauranga. Its network includes Northport, Port of Auckland, Port of Tauranga, Lyttelton Port Company, CentrePort Wellington and Timaru Container Terminal, as well as their inland ports.
