Band24 seeks early testers for satellite-connected asset tracker ahead of Nov. 13 deadline

Asset-tracking company Band24 is seeking businesses to test Terra, a new tracker combining Bluetooth, cellular and satellite connectivity, ahead of a Nov. 13 deadline for its early-access program. The device is designed to help logistics operators maintain visibility into trailers, shipping containers and other equipment in areas with limited network coverage, with commercial availability planned for early 2027. Selected participants are expected to receive their devices in December, though Band24 has not set an exact delivery date. The company announced Terra on Oct.

Port of Tallinn secures new loan to refinance existing bonds

AS Tallinna Sadam, the operator of the Port of Tallinn, has signed a €50 million loan agreement with Swedbank to refinance existing debt obligations. The Estonian port operator announced the agreement on October 26, 2026. The unsecured loan has a five-year maturity and carries an interest rate based on the three-month Euribor plus an additional margin. According to the company, the full €50 million will be drawn on October 26, 2026. The loan will mature on October 26, 2031.
