ADNOC acquires 11 vessels to accelerate fleet expansion

ADNOC Logistics and Services has announced the acquisition of five Very Large Gas Carriers and six Very Large Crude Carriers for a combined investment of approximately US$ 1. 3 billion, equivalent to AE$ 4. 8 billion. The acquisition will rapidly expand ADNOC L&S’s gas and crude oil shipping capacity and support ADNOC Group’s integrated value chain and continued growth in production, trading and export volumes. Nine of the eleven vessels, comprising six VLCCs and three VLGCs, have been acquired on the secondary market and are scheduled for delivery in the third quarter of 2026, entering service with ADNOC immediately upon delivery.
