Abu Dhabi owner moves to take AD Ports private

Abu Dhabi sovereign investor L’IMAD has launched a cash offer worth about AED7. 8bn ($2. 1bn) for the remaining 24. 58% of AD Ports Group, seeking full ownership of one of the Gulf’s most acquisitive ports and logistics groups.
