Tropical Shipping revises cargo charges in Belize and Puerto Rico

Tropical Shipping has announced two tariff changes affecting cargo moving through Belize and Puerto Rico . The carrier will increase landing charges for selected cargo arriving in Belize from 4 October 2026 . Separately, it has eliminated its cargo scanning fee in Puerto Rico following a regulatory change. Belize landing charges to increase Tropical Shipping said the Belize adjustment follows the introduction of a new Container Stripping Services fee at the Port of Belize Limited. The revised charges apply to LCL, breakbulk, barrels, pallets and vehicle shipments arriving in Belize.
