Rabbitohs granted dispensation so Jai Arrow can reach 100 games despite MND diagnosis

South Sydney Rabbitohs have been granted special dispensation to include Jai Arrow in their team so he can reach 100 games for the club despite his motor neurone disease diagnosis.
