Rabbitohs granted dispensation so Jai Arrow can reach 100 games despite MND diagnosis

South Sydney Rabbitohs have been granted special dispensation to include Jai Arrow in their team so he can reach 100 games for the club despite his motor neurone disease diagnosis. BBC Sport reported the club received the exception to allow Arrow to be named as part of the side and complete the milestone. The dispensation means Arrow will be able to add to his appearance tally for the Rabbitohs, reaching the century of games for the club even while coping with his MND diagnosis.

Downunder Voices perspective

Why this matters

The dispensation enables Arrow to reach the 100-game milestone for South Sydney, letting the club and its supporters formally mark his career achievement despite his MND diagnosis.
