Port of Savannah exports rise 4% in August

The Port of Savannah handled 529,523 TEUs in August , with loaded exports rising 4. 2% compared with the same month last year. Overall container volumes were broadly stable, declining by less than 1% year on year. Loaded imports increased 1. 5% to 265,859 TEUs, while loaded exports reached 117,242 TEUs.
