PIL highlights fleet renewal in 2025 sustainability report

Pacific International Lines (PIL) has published its Sustainability Report 2025, outlining progress across its fleet, operations and global business functions. The report, titled Navigating a Changing World, covers the carrier’s environmental, social and governance initiatives during 2025. LNG vessels reach 19% of fleet capacity Fleet renewal remained a central part of PIL’s decarbonisation strategy. The carrier welcomed six LNG dual-fuel vessels into service under its 14,000 TEU and 8,200 TEU newbuilding programmes. The ships feature energy-efficiency technologies, shore power capability and systems designed to reduce methane slip.
