Panama ship-supply activity jumps 26% as containership demand rises

Maritime ship-supply activity in Panama increased sharply in July, with 1,431 vessels receiving services during the month. That represents a 26. 3% increase compared with 1,133 vessels in July 2025, according to preliminary data from the Panama Maritime Authority (AMP). The authority confirmed the July figures in its latest maritime-services update. Containerships lead demand Containerships represented the largest vessel segment using ship-supply services during July.
