CMA CGM further reshapes CIMEX services

CMA CGM has announced further changes to its CIMEX service portfolio connecting the Far East with the Middle East and Indian subcontinent, according to Alphaliner. The recently shortened CIMEX1 service will remove calls at Hong Kong and Sohar. Sohar will instead join the CIMEX3 rotation, which CMA CGM launched in July 2026. The service will also add Qingdao, Fujairah and Colombo. Revised CIMEX rotations The updated CIMEX1 rotation will be: Shenzhen (Shekou) – Nansha – Singapore – Fujairah – Singapore – Shenzhen The revised CIMEX3 rotation will be: Qingdao – Ningbo – Shenzhen (Shekou) – Colombo – Fujairah – Sohar – Colombo – Singapore – Qingdao As part of the CIMEX3 restructuring, CMA CGM will remove Khor Fakkan, occasional Duqm calls and the weekly westbound Singapore call.
