Neri Group and Nova Marine Carriers take control of Leghorn terminal

Italy’s Neri Group and Nova Marine Carriers have taken control of TCO Terminal Calata Orlando at the Port of Leghorn. NR Investimenti, a holding company equally owned by the two groups, has acquired a majority stake in the multipurpose terminal. The remaining stake is held by the family of Roberto Alberti, a long-standing maritime agent in Leghorn. New owners plan terminal investment The transaction brings together Neri Group’s terminal operations experience with Nova Marine Carriers’ expertise in managing cargo flows and maritime transport. The new owners aim to relaunch TCO and increase traffic through the facility.
