Neptune Pacific simplifies local charge structure

Neptune Pacific will simplify the presentation of local charges for imports and exports in Australia, New Zealand and Fiji from 1 October 2026. The Neptune Pacific local charge update will consolidate several existing charge codes into new invoice subtotals. The change only affects how the charges are described and grouped. Neptune Pacific confirmed that the total amount charged to customers will remain unchanged.
