Movianto opens 30,000-sqm pharmaceutical logistics hub in Germany

Movianto, part of Yusen Logistics, has opened a new pharmaceutical logistics hub in Wiesloch, Germany, significantly expanding its temperature-controlled storage capacity. The facility provides around 30,000 square metres of warehouse space and 1,500 square metres of office space. It officially opened in September and is expected to become fully operational in November 2026. Cold-storage capacity expands The new hub adds 10,000 pallet positions for pharmaceutical products requiring temperatures between 2°C and 8°C. It also provides deep-freeze storage at temperatures of -20°C and -26°C, while ultra-low-temperature capabilities down to -80°C are planned for a future phase.
