Menzies Aviation completes $305 million G2 integration

Menzies Aviation has completed the integration of G2 Secure Staff, less than 12 months after acquiring the company for $305 million . The integration was the largest in Menzies Aviation’s history. More than 12,500 former G2 employees have moved onto Menzies’ systems, processes and brand. The acquisition has also doubled Menzies’ presence in the United States. Menzies expands to 108 US airports The combined business now employs around 20,000 people in the United States .
