Maersk raises Ecuador reefer cooling service fees

Maersk will increase its origin and destination cooling service fees for refrigerated containers moving to and from Ecuador. Both charges will rise from US$130 to US$140 per container. The revised fees will apply from 27 September 2026 for regulated countries and from 29 August 2026 for non-regulated countries. Maersk said the revisions support the continued provision of its service portfolio and operational reliability.
