Lloyd’s Register appoints Jens Grunenberg as Senior Representative for Germany

Lloyd’s Register (LR) has appointed Jens Grunenberg as Senior Representative for Germany , effective 1 September 2026. Based in Hamburg, Grunenberg will represent LR across the German maritime sector. He will also join the company’s Hamburg management team. He will continue to serve as LR’s Germany Commercial Manager, a position he has held since joining the organisation in July 2026. Grunenberg to strengthen LR’s presence in Germany In his new role, Grunenberg will focus on expanding LR’s engagement with shipowners, operators and other maritime companies across Germany.
