Klaipėda Port’s largest expansion project enters construction phase

The Port of Klaipėda has begun site preparation for the largest expansion project in its history. The initial work is taking place in the southern part of the port, where Klaipėda plans to develop a major new port area. Construction of the southern breakwaters is scheduled to begin in autumn 2026. Tilsta wins €24. 5 million contract Tilsta will construct the new southern breakwaters after winning a tender launched earlier in 2026.
