Inmarsat Maritime and SK telink expand NexusWave partnership

Inmarsat Maritime and South Korean telecommunications provider SK telink have signed an agreement to expand the adoption of NexusWave across South Korea’s shipping industry. The agreement strengthens the companies’ collaboration on maritime digitalisation. It covers the implementation of NexusWave aboard car carriers, container ships, very large crude carriers and other vessel types. South Korean shipping companies covered by the agreement include HMM and Sinokor. Supporting maritime digitalisation Inmarsat Maritime, a Viasat company, and SK telink established their strategic relationship in 2007.
