ID Logistics expands Benelux network with 53,000 sqm Tiel facility

ID Logistics is expanding its Benelux network with a new 53,000 sqm logistics facility in Tiel, the Netherlands . Developed with Heembouw, the site is scheduled to become operational in October 2027 . The facility is located along the A15 motorway and close to the Port of Rotterdam. New capacity in the Netherlands The development will provide nearly 53,000 sqm of space on an 82,763 sqm site . This includes 47,523 sqm of warehouse space, 3,802 sqm of mezzanine space and 1,891 sqm of offices.
