Hapag-Lloyd details revised ZIM proposal to address Israeli concerns

Hapag-Lloyd is developing a revised proposal for its planned combination with ZIM as discussions with Israeli authorities intensify. Hapag-Lloyd CEO Rolf Habben Jansen said the company remains convinced that the transaction makes strategic sense. However, adjustments could be made to address concerns raised during the approval process.
