CMA CGM will introduce Early Cancellation Fees for selected SpotOn bookings from 19 September 2026. The new fee will apply on specific trades when customers cancel or reduce bookings between 15 and 21 days before the estimated time of departure (ETD). New cancellation structure for SpotOn bookings Under the updated policy, cancellations made more than 21 days before ETD will remain free of charge across all trades. ADQ plans cash offer to acquire remaining AD Ports Group shares

ADQ plans to acquire the remaining shares in AD Ports Group through a voluntary conditional cash offer. AD Ports Group said it received notification of the planned offer from L’IMAD Holding Company, a sovereign investor of the Government of Abu Dhabi. L’IMAD intends to make the offer through its wholly owned subsidiary, Abu Dhabi Developmental Holding Company (ADQ) . ADQ already owns 75. 42% of AD Ports Group .
