Everllence appoints Fabian Kley as new CFO

Everllence has appointed Dr Fabian Kley as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and member of its Executive Board, effective 1 November 2026. Kley has already led the company’s Finance division since March 2026. He will now formally assume the CFO position following a decision by the Everllence Supervisory Board. He joined Everllence in 2019 and has held several senior positions within the company. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President, overseeing Corporate Strategy and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A).
