Florida AG calls semi-truck a ‘rolling dungeon’ after 4 children confined for 6 years

Florida prosecutors filed 22 charges against two women accused of abusing four children inside a semi-truck sleeper cab. The children remained there for more than six years, according to Attorney General James Uthmeier. Investigators examined conduct occurring from January 2020 through April 2026. The case includes accusations of sexual battery, molestation, physical violence, neglect, and permanent disfigurement. Uthmeier identified Tamra Marshon Stewart, 37, as a Jacksonville resident.
