Enstructure acquires control of Logistec terminal operations

US-based Enstructure has acquired control of the terminal and stevedoring operations of Canada’s Logistec . The operations were acquired from Blue Wolf Capital Partners. However, Blue Wolf will retain an investment interest in the combined business. The transaction significantly expands Enstructure’s terminal network across the United States and Canada. Enstructure network grows to 106 terminals Following the transaction, Enstructure operates 106 terminals and facilities across the US and Canada.
