New York-listed Greek bulker owner Diana Shipping has secured a 42% rate increase for its capesize GP Zafirakis in a new time charter with Classic Maritime. An Arizona County’s “Housing Hub” Is a Dead End for Many Homeless Families

A 12-year-old child opens the curtains of a hotel room in Tempe, Arizona, where she, her mother and four siblings were staying earlier this year while experiencing homelessness.
