DB Cargo UK seeks new owner as parent refocuses on Central Europe

DB Cargo UK has started a process to find a new owner as its parent company shifts its focus towards Central Europe. The UK Management Board is looking for an owner that can provide additional capital and broader market opportunities. It also wants a partner with the scale needed to support the company’s future development. Legal and financial advisers have already been appointed to support the process. According to DB Cargo UK, the sale process has only just begun.
