Dad Finds Newly Married Son, 26, Dead in Freak Wood Chipper Accident at His Workplace
Josh Thomson-Parkin was found dead on Tuesday, Aug. 11. He had complained about the wood chipper at his workplace before the fatal accident, his father, Max Parkin, told 7 News.
