Hapag-Lloyd raises Constanta terminal handling charges

Hapag-Lloyd will increase its Constanta terminal handling charges for shipments moving to and from the Romanian port. The revised Terminal Handling Charge Origin (THO) and Terminal Handling Charge Destination (THD) levels will apply from 1 November 2026 and remain valid until further notice. The same rates will apply at both origin and destination.
