Australia announces immigration changes, including new visa policy for foreign students – video

The home affairs minister, Tony Burke, has proposed changes to visa rules to stop international students from automatically bringing family members to Australia. Speaking at the National Press Club, Burke said exceptions would apply to students from Pacific and Asean nations and those undertaking certain courses, including PhDs.
