New Providence Gas selects ECOnnect’s marine transfer solution for Bahamas LNG project

ECOnnect Energy has signed an agreement with New Providence Gas Ltd (NPG) for floating LNG infrastructure in The Bahamas. NPG is a joint venture between Shell Bahamas Power Company Inc and Sun Oil Holdings Ltd. Sun Oil operates as a subsidiary of FOCOL Holdings Ltd. Under the charter agreement, ECOnnect Energy will deploy its IQuay C-Class system. The solution will transfer LNG from a carrier to an onshore terminal without a fixed jetty.
