Maersk reports operational disruptions after Colombia earthquake

Maersk has reported disruptions to ocean and inland logistics operations after an earthquake affected several regions of Colombia. The carrier is working with local teams, terminal operators, authorities and logistics partners to assess the situation. Meanwhile, Maersk said the safety of its employees, their families and affected communities remains its main priority. Assessments remain underway, and the company has not yet determined the full operational impact. Buenaventura operations disrupted Terminal operations in Buenaventura have been temporarily suspended while teams assess facilities and infrastructure.
